The Philadelphia Orchestra's educational outreach concert series, Sound All Around, presents the premiere performances of The Seahorse and the Crab, a newly-commissioned work for narrator and chamber ensemble, at Philadelphia's Academy of Music (Feb. 27, March 1) and the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA (April 3).

Michael performs with the Philadelphia-based new music ensemble Relâche in concerts in Princeton, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia on March 30, April 3, and April 11.

Impressions du Languedoc is featured on a recital at the Curtis Institute of Music (Philadelphia) on March 10, 2010.  Guest saxophonist Brian Sacawa joins harpist Coline Orliac for the performance.
